Properties
Aspricarlo is a salicylate NSAID that has a blood thinning effect.
Indications
Prevention of arterial thrombosis after coronary artery surgery. Prevention of strokes, arterial thrombosis and after myocardial infarction. Treatment of unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction.
Mode of application:
You should take pills with plenty of liquid, doses are selected individually. Ischemic stroke: 1 to 4 tablets per day. Continue therapy for a long time. Suspected acute myocardial infarction: The starting dose is 2 tablets given immediately after MI is suspected. The maintenance dose (2 tablets per day) lasts for 30 days. After 30 days, consult your doctor about taking the drug further to prevent recurrence of myocardial infarction. Prophylaxis: 1 to 4 tablets / day. Continue therapy for life. Doses for recurrent MI: angina pectoris: 1 to 4 tablets / day. Continue therapy indefinitely. Chronic stable angina: 1 to 4 tablets / day. Continue therapy indefinitely. Coronary artery bypass grafting: 4 tablets daily, starting 6 hours after surgery. Continue therapy for 1 year after surgery. Coronary angioplasty: Initial dose of 4 tablets should be given 2 hours before surgery. The maintenance dose is 160-325 mg per day. Continue therapy for life. After surgery to cleanse the arteries from cholesterol plaques: it is recommended from 1 to 6 tablets 2 times a day, before the operation. Continue therapy for a long time.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to salicylates and aspirin and other NSAIDs, patients with bronchial asthma, rhinitis and nasal polyps; bleeding tendency; peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer; severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys; pregnancy and lactation.
Precautions:
Aspirin can prolong the time of labor and increase premature bleeding when used during the last trimester of pregnancy. Use with caution in patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (especially elderly patients), strictly under the supervision of a physician. Do not drink alcohol during treatment.
Side effects
Headache, dizziness, confusion, hearing impairment, tinnitus, indigestion (nausea, heartburn, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea), gastric microbleeding, renal impairment and acute renal failure.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
