Composition

1 aerosol can contains 200 doses of the drug, 1 dose contains 100 pg of salbutamol.

Properties

Selective ß2-adrenergic receptor agonist. In therapeutic doses, it acts on ß2-adrenergic receptors of the smooth muscles of the bronchi and has a short (4 to 6 hours) bronchodilatory effect on ß2-adrenergic receptors with a rapid onset of action (within 5 minutes) with reversible airway obstruction.

It has a pronounced bronchodilatory effect, preventing or stopping bronchospasm, red resistance in the airways. Increases lung capacity. Increases mucociliary clearance (in

chronic bronchitis up to 36%), stimulates mucus secretion, activates the functions of the ciliated epithelium.

Indications

Bronchial asthma:

relief of symptoms of bronchial asthma when they occur;

prevention of bouts of bronchospasm associated with exposure to an allergen or caused by exercise;

Contraindications

management of premature birth;

threatened abortion;

-increased sensitivity to the components of the drug or any other component that is part of the drug.

Side effects

From the nervous system: often — tremor, headache; very rarely — hyperactivity.

From the side of the cardiovascular system:

often — tachycardia; infrequently — palpitations; rarely, peripheral vasodilation; very rarely arrhythmias (including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and extrasystole).
