Composition

Each capsule contains:

Diclofenac Sodium — 50mg.

Vit Bl (thiamine monohydrate) — 50mg.

Vit B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 50mg.

Vit B12 (cyanocobalamin) — 0.25 mg.

Auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, starch 1500, titanium dioxide, gelatin.

Properties

Diclofenac sodium belongs to non-steroidal drugs with pronounced antirheumatic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. Vit Bl, Vit B6 and Vit B12 prevent neuromuscular disorders.

Indications

Neuritis and neuralgia, painful degenerative forms of inflammatory rheumatism, for example, arthrosis, chronic polyarthritis, spondyloarthrosis, acute attacks of gout,

inflammatory pain of non-rheumatic origin.

Mode of application:

Contraindications

Children under 6 years old; hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, aspirin; patients with impaired liver function; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease. NSAlDs cause an increased risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse events (especially in the elderly): inflammation, bleeding, ulceration, and perforation of the stomach or intestines. Do not drink alcohol during treatment. Patients with renal, heart or hepatic insufficiency and

Side effects

Nausea, diarrhea, mild gastrointestinal bleeding, and stomach and intestinal ulcers; headache, agitation, irritability, insomnia, fatigue and dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus; rash itching, hives and hair loss, swelling. With prolonged therapy, liver and kidney damage rarely occurs.

Storage

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
