Composition
Tretinoin 0.05%
Auxiliary components:
Polyoxide stearate, isopropyl muristate, stearyl alcohol, xanthan gum, bottled hydroxy tolylene toloen, sorbic acid, purified water.
Properties
Tretinoin (P-trans-retinoic acid) causes profound metabolic changes in the epithelium in the keratinized skin. Tretinoin increases the proliferative activity of epidermal cells in vivo and in laboratory studies, and cell differentiation (keratinization and keratinization).
Local application of Acne fries cream has a dose-dependent effect on the state of erythema, peeling and irritation. Overuse should be avoided.
In preclinical studies, no systemic toxic effects were found.
Indications
Treatment of youthful acne for oily skin.
Method of administration and dosage:
The cream should be applied 20-30 minutes before bedtime, once a day on clean, dry skin of the face, on the affected skin.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to any of the components;
during pregnancy;
with a personal or family history of skin rashes;
Side effects
Local reactions are common during treatment with Acne-free cream, including: dry and flaky skin, burning, tingling, erythema, itching, rash, and temporary hypo- and hyperpigmentation.
There are reports of increased sensitivity to UV rays during the period of use of tretinoin preparations.
