Composition
Each tablet contains:
Doxylamine succinate (antihistamine) 10 mg.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 10 mg.
Auxiliary components:
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, K30 povidone, talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicone dioxide, simithicone.
Properties
The combination of pyridoxine, better known as vitamin B6, and doxylamine is effective in treating nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.
Doxylamine succinate is a histamine HI receptor blocker from the ethanolamine group. It has a sedative, hypnotic, and antiemetic effect.
Provides antiallergic effect. Has manticholinergic activity. The duration of the action is 6-8 hours.
Indications
It is indicated for toxicosis and nausea in pregnant women.
Method of administration and dosage:
On the first and second day of treatment, take two tablets at bedtime.
