Composition

Each tablet contains:

Tamoxifen 10 mg

Ciprofloxacin 500mg

Auxiliary components:

corn starch, lactose monohydrate, povidone K30, magnesium stearate, sodium starch glycolate.

Properties

Antineoplastic agent. Antiestrogen. Blocks estrogen receptors and thus inhibits the progression of estrogen-stimulated neoplastic disease.

Indications

breast cancer treatment

treatment of anovulatory infertility

Method of administration and dosage:

Contraindications

Thrombophlebitis, pregnancy, hypersensitivity to tamoxifen.

Precautions:

Use with caution in leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, hypercalcemia, in patients with cataracts, hyperlipidemia.

Side effects

From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, increased activity of hepatic transaminases; in some cases — fatty liver, cholestasis, hepatitis.

From the side of the central nervous system: rarely — depression, dizziness, headache, retrobulbar neuritis.

From the side of the organ of vision: rarely retinopathy, keratopathy, cataract.
