Composition
Each vaginal suppository contains:
Policresulen 90 mg
Properties
Antibacterial drug.
Active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, incl.Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella spp.
The drug is also active against Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida albicans.
Indications
Erosion of the vagina and cervix (including those caused by the pressure of pessaries);
Vaginitis caused by Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida albicans;
Bleeding after a diagnostic biopsy and removal of polyps, electrocoagulation of cervical erosion.
Dosage and administration
Use vaginal suppositories in the evening.
Insert the suppository deep into the vagina.
The course of treatment is determined by the doctor after the required analysis.
Contraindications
-pregnancy;
-lactation;
-use during menstruation in the treatment of gynecological diseases;
Side effects
Allergic reactions: itching, rash, burning, local irritation, anaphylaxis.
During gynecological procedures: redness, swelling of the vagina and vulva, feeling of a foreign body in the vagina.
