Composition

Each tablet contains:

Diclofenac sodium 150 mg

Auxiliary components:

microcrystalline cellulose, hyprolose (hydroxypropyl cellulose), croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Properties

Phenylacetic acid derivative; has antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. By indiscriminately inhibiting COX 1 and 2, it disrupts the metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduces the amount of prostaglandins (Pg) in the focus of inflammation. It is most effective for inflammatory pain. Like all NSAlDs, the drug has antiplatelet activity.

Indications

Inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system (rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic, juvenile chronic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis; go arthritis, rheumatic soft tissue damage).

Degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (deforming osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis).

Algodismenorrhea; inflammatory processes in the small pelvis, incl. adnexitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to other NSAlDs), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the exacerbation phase), bronchial asthma (risk of exacerbation), urticaria or acute rhinitis provoked by the intake of acetylsalicylic acid or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, severe renal / hepatic heart failure, hematopoiesis disorders, pregnancy, children (up to 6 years), lactation.

Carefully:

peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, a history of liver disease, hepatic porphyria, chronic renal failure, chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, a significant decrease in the volume of circulating blood (including after massive surgery) , children aged 6 to 15 years, elderly patients over 65 years of age (includ those receiving diuretics, debilitated patient and those with low body weight), bronchial asthma (risk of exacerbation), concomitant use of glucocorticoids, anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, selective reverse inhibitors seizure of serotonin.
