Composition
Each vaginal gelatin capsule contains:
Miconazole nitrate 400 mg
Auxiliary components:
Liquid paraffin, petrolatum, gelatin, sorbitol, glycerol, sodium ethyl hydroxybenzoate.
Properties
Miconazole is an imidazole antifungal agent that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis and changes the lipid composition of the membrane, causing the death of the fungal cell. The fungicidal action of miconazole nitrate extends to representatives of seven families: Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, Microsporum, Candida, Malasseria, Aspergilus, Penicillium, primarily on dermatophytes (Trichophytonrubrum, Trichophytonmentagrophytes, Epidermophyton fungus, fungal cannabis fungus, and yeast fungus cannabis fungi , Candida glabrata), as well as other pathogenic fungi (Malasseriafurtur, Aspergilusniger, Penicilliumcrustaceum). Indications
Local treatment of vaginal fungal infections (candidiasis), repeated and superinfections caused by gram-positive microorganisms.
Method of administration and dosage:
Intravaginal, one suppository 1 time per day, just before bedtime, for 3 consecutive days. If symptoms persist, continue treatment for 6 days.
Contraindications
hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the drug Il and Ill trimester of pregnancy, children and adolescents up to 18 years

Lactation period.
