Composition

Each capsule contains:

Omeprazole 10 mg

Auxiliary components:

Cromcamelose sodium, lactose monohydrate, povidone magnesium stearate, methacrulic acid polymer type C, talc.

Properties

H + -K + -ATPase inhibitor. It inhibits the activity of H + -K + -ATP-ase in the parietal cells of the stomach and thereby blocks the final stage of the secretion of hydrochloric acid. This leads to a decrease in the level of basal and stimulated secretion, regardless of the nature of the stimulus. Due to a decrease in acid secretion, it reduces or normalizes the effect of acid on the esophagus in patients with reflux esophagitis. Omeprazole has a bactericidal effect on Helicobacter pylori. The eradication of H. pylori with the simultaneo use of omeprazole and antibiotics allows yo to quickly stop the symptoms of the disease, achieve a high degree of healing of the

damaged mucosa and persistent long-term remission, and reduce the likelihood of bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract.

Indications

Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase (including associated with Helicobacter pylori), reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the stomach and duodenum associated with the intake of

NSAlDs.

Mode of application:

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to omeprazole, substituted benzimidazoles or other components of the drug. Simultaneous use with drugs nelfinavir, atazanavir, erlotinib, posaconazole.

Side effects

In rare cases, the following usually reversible side effects may occur.

From the digestive system: diarrhea or constipation, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain, dry mouth, taste disturbances, stomatitis, transient increase in the level of liver enzymes in plasma; in patients with previous severe liver disease — hepatitis

(including jaundice), liver dysfunction. From the nervous system: headache, dizziness, agitation, drowsiness, insomnia, paresthesia, depression, hallucinations; in patients with severe concomitant somatic diseases, in patients with previous severe liver disease encephalopathy.
