Compound:

Each tablet contains:

Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride — 30mg.

Chlorpheniramine maleate — 3mg.

Propyphenazone — 200 mg.

Auxiliary components:

corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, purified talc, magnesium stearate, sodium benzoate, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Properties

Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic agent that has both direct and indirect effects on adrenergic receptors, has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucosa. Pseudoephedrine has a slight stimulating effect on the central nervous system. Chlorpheniramine maleate is a powerful antihistamine and is used to relieve the symptoms of allergic conditions. Propyphenazone has effective analgesic and antipyretic properties.

Indications

symptomatic relief of symptoms of colds, flu or other allergic diseases, runny nose, upper respiratory congestion, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and eustachian tube congestion.

Mode of application:

for adults — 1 tablet 3 times / day or as directed by a physician.

Contraindications

children under 6 years old; hypersensitivity to any component. Patients with severe hypertension or severe coronary artery disease. Pregnancy and lactation.

Precautionary measures:

should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, urinary retention, hyperthyroidism, and prostatic hyperplasia. As with other sedative antihistamines, drowsiness may occur.

Side effects

gastrointestinal disorders, drowsiness, nervousness and dry mouth, tachycardia, anxiety, skin rash, insomnia.

Storage method:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of the reach of children.
