Compound:
Each tablet contains:
Ibuprofen — 200 mg.
Chlorpheniramine maleate — 2mg.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride — 30mg.
Properties
Synlerg combines the action of the components as follows: ibuprofen — NSAID, acts as an analgesic and antipyretic. Chlorpheniramine maleate — as an antihistamine. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride — as a nasal decongestant.
Indications
to relieve symptoms of hay fever, runny nose and sneezing, nasal congestion, itching in the nose or throat, watery eyes; helps clear the nasal passages. Relief of minor pains, headache, fever.
Mode of application:
do not exceed the recommended dose. Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as long as symptoms persist. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Contraindications
children under 12; hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, pregnancy and lactation.
Precautionary measures:
Pseudoephedrine should be used with caution in patients suffering from mild to moderate hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, elevated intraocular pressure, prostate enlargement or bladder dysfunction, with severe renal or severe liver failure. Asthmatics should consult a doctor before using the drug.
Side effects
excitation of the central nervous system: sleep disturbance, hallucinations; skin rashes; urinary retention; anxiety, tremor, cardiac arrhythmias, palpitations, tachycardia, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, dizziness; blurred vision, anorexia, dry mouth; convulsions.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of the reach of children.
