Compound:

Each p/o tablet contains:

Loratadine — 5 mg.

Pseudoephedrine — 120 mg.

Paracetamol — 500 mg.

Properties

Loratadine is a long-acting antihistamine. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic agent that has both direct and indirect effects on adrenergic receptors, has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucosa. Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic effects.

Indications

to relieve mild to moderate pain; to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and the common cold, including nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes.

Mode of application:

1 tablet 2 times a day, every 12 hours.

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to any component of the drug; patients with urinary retention, with severe arterial hypertension, coronary artery disease; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautionary measures:

should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, impaired renal function, prostatic hypertrophy.

Side effects

insomnia, dry mouth, drowsiness, nervousness, dizziness, fatigue, dyspepsia, ulcers, pharyngitis, anorexia, thirst.

Mode of application:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
