Properties

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin of group B, also known as vitamin H, vitamin B7 and coenzyme R. Biotin is involved in metabolism (part of the enzymes that regulate protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism) and has a positive effect on hair growth and structure, nails, skin structure.

Dosage and administration
