Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride — 30mg. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride — 30mg.

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide — 4.5 mg. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride — 25mg.

Auxiliary components:

Povidone K25, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose PH 101, magnesium stearate, talc, titanium dioxide.

Properties

Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic effects. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic agent that has both direct and indirect effects on adrenergic receptors, has a decongestant effect on the nasal mucosa. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine drug that competes with histamine for receptor sites on effector cells. It has antispasmodic, antitussive, antiemetic, sedative and secretolytic effects.

Indications

to relieve symptoms associated with colds and flu.

Mode of application:

for oral administration, adults and children over 12 years of age: take 1 round tablet in the afternoon; 1 oblong tablet at night. Do not take the night tablet during the day. Do not exceed the indicated dose.

Contraindications

children under 12; hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its components; severe hypertension or coronary heart disease. Pregnancy and lactation.

Precautionary measures:

due to pseudoephedrine, should be used with caution in patients suffering from mild to moderate hypertension, in patients with heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, increased intraocular pressure and prostate enlargement. Dextromethorphan should not be given to patients at risk of developing respiratory failure. Caution should be exercised in patients with bronchial asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, or other conditions where chronic or persistent cough occurs, in the presence of severe hepatic or renal insufficiency from moderate to severe. Do not use this medicine with other medicines containing paracetamol or decongestants, overdose may result. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages while using the drug. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

Side effects

Symptoms of CNS arousal may occur, including sleep disturbances and hallucinations; urinary retention, prostate enlargement; itching, urticaria, skin rashes with or without irritation; drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, gastrointestinal disturbances, dry mouth, nose and throat.

Storage method:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
