Properties

Combined drug, regulator of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the body. Reduces resorption (resorption) and increases bone density, making up for the lack of calcium. Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) is essential for the mineralization of teeth.

Calcium is involved in the regulation of nerve conduction, muscle contractions and is a component of the blood coagulation system.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) plays an important role in the regulation of redox processes, tissue regeneration, blood clotting, normalizes capillary permeability, and has a pronounced antioxidant activity.

Indications

As a therapeutic and prophylactic agent in conditions of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency in the body associated with malnutrition or with an increased need for calcium and vitamin D3 and C, during the period of intensive growth of adolescents, during pregnancy, during breastfeeding, with increased mental and physical loads.

Dosage and administration

Adults:

1-2 sachets per day.

Children:

Contraindications

— severe violations of kidney function;

— hypercalcemia (with hyperfunction of the parathyroid glands);

— hypercalciuria;

Side effects

From the digestive system: possible constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, abdominal pain.

Other: allergic reactions are possible; in case of prolonged use, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria are possible.
