Each softgel contains:

Chlorzoxazone 250.0 mg

Ibuprofen 200.0 mg

Auxiliary components:

Hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium docusate, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, magnesium stearate, gelatin, titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow.

Properties

Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant. The effect is realized at the level of the spinal cord and subcortical regions of the brain.

Ibuprofen belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. Indiscriminately blocks COX1 and COX2.

Indications

— pain and inflammation in rheumatic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, spondyloarthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylarthrosis;

— other musculoskeletal disorders: painful skeletal muscle spasm, muscle injury, myositis, sprain, spastic torticollis, pain and inflammation after tooth extraction.

Mode of application:

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug;

history of hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid and other NSAIDs (including asthma attacks, angioedema, urticaria or rhinitis).

Precautionary measures:

Side effects

While taking NSAIDs, edema, hypertension and heart failure were recorded.

The risk and severity of adverse reactions directly depends on the duration of NSAID treatment. Ibuprofen — cyanosis, methemoglobinemia, sulfhemoglobinemia, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, pancytopenia, thrombocytopenia, urticaria and erythematous skin reactions, fever, hypoglycemia, CNS stimulation, jaundice, glossitis, dizziness.

Chlorzoxazone — epigastric pain, drowsiness, dizziness, dysphoria, excessive stimulation of the central nervous system, allergic skin reactions (rash, petechiae), very rarely angioedema and anaphylactic reactions; rarely — symptoms of gastrointestinal irritation, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract; in some cases, hepatocellular toxicity.

Storage

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.

Package:

The cardboard box contains 2 or 3 blisters of 10 capsules, paper instructions.
