Each gram of cream contains:
nystatin 100.000 units
neomycin 2.5 mg
gramicidin 0.25 mg
triamcinolone acetonide 1 mg
Properties
Top-Flam combines the powerful corticosteroid triacinolone acetonide with the antifungal agent nystatin, as well as the broad-spectrum antibiotics gramicidin and neomycin. Top-Flam reduces inflammation, relieves itching and fights or prevents the development of fungal and bacterial infections.
Indications
Atopic dermatitis.
Seborrheic dermatitis.
Simple chronic lichen.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly. Rub into the affected areas of the skin 2 or 3 times a day.
Contraindications
Intolerance to the components of the drug.
It should not be used in patients with tuberculous lesions, local or systemic viral infections.
Infants and children should be used after consulting a doctor.
Side effects
The following cases have been reported with topical corticosteroids:
burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acne, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, skin maceration, secondary skin infection.
