Compound:
Each tablet contains:
Ibuprofen 200 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg.
Auxiliary components:
Lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, povidone.
Properties
Pharmacological action — anticongestive, anti-inflammatory, analgesic.
Inhibits cyclooxygenase, inhibits the synthesis of PG. Stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors, reduces swelling of mucous membranes.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of influenza, SARS, acute respiratory infections.
Dosage and administration
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 6 tablets per day.
Not to be taken by children under 12 years of age.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, severe disorders of the cardiovascular system, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, pheochromocytoma, children under 12 years of age.
Precautionary measures:
Do not prescribe to patients who have taken MAO inhibitors within the previous 2 weeks.
Side effects
Gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, pain in the epigastric region), dizziness, fatigue, tachycardia, retrosternal pain, thirst, increased sweating.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
