Compound:
Each tablet contains:
Ibuprofen 200 mg
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg
Auxiliary components:
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, talc, magnesium stearate, aerosil.
Properties
Combined drug.
Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect; eliminates headache and other types of pain, reduces fever.
Chlorphenamine is a blocker of histamine H1 receptors, has an antiallergic effect, facilitates breathing through the nose, reduces the feeling of nasal congestion, sneezing, lacrimation, itching and redness of the eyes.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of influenza, SARS, acute respiratory infections, nasal congestion, lacrimation.
Dosage and administration
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours. Do not take more than 6 tablets per day.
Not to be taken by children under 12 years of age.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, severe disorders of the cardiovascular system, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, pheochromocytoma, children under 12 years of age.
Precautionary measures:
Do not prescribe to patients who have taken MAO inhibitors within the previous 2 weeks.
Side effects
Gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, pain in the epigastric region), dizziness, fatigue, tachycardia, retrosternal pain, thirst, increased sweating.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
