Properties

Hito is a highly effective weight loss formula that acts as a carbohydrate blaster and fat absorption blocker. Chito contains 500 mg of high density chitosan (the quality of chitosan depends on the free acetyl group, which is able to chelate many substances such as lipids and uric acid), the conjugation mechanism is mediated by a high positive charge on the surface of the chitosan molecule.

Dosage and administration

For weight loss: 1-2 capsules 10 minutes before meals, 3 times a day.

one capsule before meals 2 times a day.

Contraindications

May cause constipation, flatulence, nausea, heartburn and allergies. Not to be taken by pregnant and lactating women.

Chitosan supplements should not be consumed within two hours of taking fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, carotenoids, flavonoids, or prescription drugs. It has a hypoglycemic effect and potentiates the action of hypoglycemic drugs. May lower blood glucose levels in diabetic patients. May enhance the effect of anticoagulant drugs. Do not take for a long time.
