Each 100 g of gel contains:
liquid extract of onion bulbs 10 gr
sodium heparin 5000 IU
allantoin 1 gr
Auxiliary components:
sorbic acid, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, xanthan gum (xanthural 75), macrogol 200 (polyethylene glycol 200), flavored oil (aroma 231616), purified water.
Properties
Combined drug for external use. It has fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory (due to onion extract), antithrombotic (due to heparin), and keratolytic action (due to allantoin). Stimulates cell regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.
Indications
Hypertrophic and keloid scars that occur after surgery, amputations, burns and injuries; ankylosis (contracture) of the joints; Dupuytren’s contracture; traumatic tendon contractures; stretch marks after pregnancy; atrophic scars (in particular, those that occur after acne or furunculosis); prevention of formation of pathological scars in the postoperative period or after injury.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly.
Fresh scars: you can apply the gel after 8-10 days after surgery, 2-3 times a day.
Old scars:
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the combination; pregnancy, breastfeeding period; children’s age up to 1 year.
Precautionary measures:
When treating fresh scars, ultraviolet radiation, exposure to cold and intense massage should be avoided.
Side effects
From the skin: often — itching, erythema, telangiectasia, scar atrophy; infrequently — skin hyperpigmentation, skin atrophy; frequency not established — urticaria, rash, erythema, skin irritation, papules, burning sensation, feeling of tension, contact dermatitis, peeling at the site of application.
Infectious diseases: the frequency is not established — pustular rashes.
From the immune system: the frequency is not established — hypersensitivity (allergic reactions).
