Beclomethasone dipropionate anhydrous 0.025 mg
Miconazole nitrate 2.0 g
Neomycin sulfate 0.5 g
Chlorocresol 0.1 g

Properties
Beclomethasone dipropionate: GCS for topical use. Beclomethasone dipropionate is a prodrug and has a weak affinity for glucocorticoid receptors. Under the action of esterases, it turns into an active metabolite — beclomethasone-17-monopropionate, which has a pronounced local anti-inflammatory effect by reducing the formation of chemotaxis substance (effect on delayed-type allergic reactions). By suppressing the production of metabolites of arachidonic acid and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells, it inhibits the development of an immediate allergic reaction.
Miconazole nitrate:
Miconazole is an antifungal agent from the group of imidazole derivatives, active against most pathogenic fungi and yeasts.
Indications
The cream is used for various inflammatory skin diseases:
— secondary bacterial infection.
