Composition
Each tablet contains:
Ketoprofen 150 mg
Auxiliary components:
Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.
Properties
NSAIDs. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Ketoprofen blocks the action of the enzyme COX-1 and COX-2 and, in part, lipoxygenase, which leads to suppression of the synthesis of prostaglandins (including in the central nervous system, most likely in the hypothalamus).
Stabilizes in vitro and in vivo liposomal membranes, at high concentrations in vitro inhibits the synthesis of bradykinin and leukotrienes. Ketoprofen does not adversely affect the condition of the articular cartilage.
Indications
Symptomatic therapy of pain syndrome, incl. with inflammatory processes of various origins.
Method of administration and dosage:
Inside, during or after meals, 1 tablet (150 mg) 1 time per day.
Contraindications
Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute phase, «aspirin triad», severe liver and / or kidney dysfunctions. III trimester of pregnancy. age up to 15 years.
Hypersensitivity to ketoprofen and salicylates.

Side effects
From the digestive system: pain in the epigastric region, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, anorexia, gastralgia, abnormal liver function, rarely — erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, bleeding and perforation of the gastrointestinal tract.
From the side of the central nervous system: headache, dizziness, tinnitus, drowsiness.
