Calcium carbonate 680 mg
Magnesium carbonate 80 mg.
Auxiliary components:
Sucrose, starch, magnesium stearate, liquid paraffin, red pepper and lemon flavor.
Properties
An antacid drug. Contains calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, which provide a quick and long-term neutralization of excess hydrochloric acid of gastric juice, thereby providing a protective effect on the gastric mucosa.
Achieving a therapeutic effect within 3-5 minutes is due to the good solubility of the tablets and the high content of calcium.
Indications
— symptoms associated with increased acidity of gastric juice and reflux esophagitis: heartburn, sour eructation, recurrent pain in the stomach, a feeling of fullness or heaviness in the epigastric region, dyspepsia (including those caused by errors in diet, medication, abuse alcohol, coffee, nicotine)
— dyspepsia of pregnant women.
Dosage and administration
The drug is taken orally.
Adults and children over the age of 12 years with the onset of symptoms 1-2 tab. should be chewed (or kept in the mouth until completely dissolved). If necessary, you can repeat the drug after 2 hours. The maximum daily dose is 11 tab.
Contraindications
— severe renal insufficiency;
— hypercalcemia;
-hypophosphatemia;
Side effects
Allergic reactions: very rarely — rash, angioedema, anaphylactic reactions.
Subject to the recommended doses, the drug is well tolerated.
