Arugula seed oil is rich in zinc, B vitamins, as well as E and C, A, K, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, folic acid and potassium, thiamine, tannins and organic acids, iodine and bioflavonoids. This valuable tasty product is suitable for internal and external use.
