Spirulina(Arthrospira platensis) is a type of cyanobacteria that grows in water and is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth. It contains protein, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, cooper, iron, magnesium potassium, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3. Spirulina is a source of phycocyanin that can fight free radicals and inhibit production of inflammatory signalling molecules, providing excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Several research in animals indicated that it can reduce cancer occurrence and tumor size and may be effective against anemia, allergic rhinitis and different heart diseases.

Spirulina is useful to improve muscle strengths and endurance

3-5 capsules daily or as directed by your physician.
