Composition

Each capsule contains:

Budesonide (DCI) 400 mcg.

Other ingredients include lactose.

Properties

Budesonide is a glucocorticoid steroid having a highly oxygenated pregna-1,4-diene structure. It is used mainly in the treatment of asthma and non-infectious rhinitis and for treatment and prevention of nasal polyposis. It has a role as an anti-inflammatory drug, a bronchodilator agent and a drug allergen.

Dosage and administration

Miflonide Breezhaler capsule medication is available in two dosages ( 200 mcg/dose and 400 mcg/dose). Your doctor has prescribed the optimal dose for you.

Miflonide Breezhaler medicine is best taken at the same time each day.

Miflonide Breezhaler capsules should only be used with the Breezhaler inhaler that came with the pack.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Miflonide Inhalation Capsule is a contraindication. In addition, Miflonide Inhalation Capsule should not be used if you have the following conditions:

Acute infections uncontrolled by antimicrobial chemotherapy

Storage

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
