Each piece contains:

Calcium carbonate 1530 mg (elemental 500mg)

Phosphorus 250 mg

Vitamin D3 200 I.U.

Vitamin K 40 mcg.

Dosage and administration

Recommended daily intake 1-2 pieces per day or as directed by your physician.

Age (4-8 years): 800 mg (1-2 chews)

Age (9-18 years): 1,300 mg (2-3 chews) Age (19-50 years):1,000 mg (2 chews)
